Incline Dumbbell Presses 5 sets of 4 reps 25’s, 50’s, 80’s, 100’s, 115’s
Standing Rope Pulls

To Face

5 sets of 8 reps  

75, 75, 75, 75, 75

Standing Abs Crunches

With Cable

5 sets of 12 reps  

60, 60, 60, 60, 60

Standing Rope Pulls are a great exercise for the upper back muscles (i.e. lower traps).
