Home Training 101

BEWARE! Apparently anyone who can film themselves doing a push up in their home is now a home training expert!

With so many people out there claiming to be experts in training, we feel that is it important that we share our professional knowledge to make sure that you are getting the most out of your training at home and not causing any unnecessary harm given the current situation.

So we decide to record an entire podcast episode on the Strong Athlete Life show to help you out.

In this episode #61 Home Training: Your Complete Guide, we share our knowledge and experience on all things home training including the dos and don’ts for success.

Training at home can be hard if you are used to going to a gym full of equipment with countless options and it’s easy to get stuck in a rut doing just push ups, air squats and running when you don’t have access to equipment.

In this show, we share a variety of different exercises with safe progressions that you can do at home and a number of different strategies to help you change up the intensity of the workout to maximize results.

For video demonstrations of the exercises we talk about on the podcast, you can look them up on our Strong Athlete YouTube channel here.

Plus we give a basic equipment survival guide recommendation if you want to purchase a few small things for home. Our friends at www.CoreFX.com have given our community a 20% discount code to use if you want to order anything from there. Use discount code STRONG20 at checkout.

Have a listen to the show and let us know what you think.
