The FUTURE Of Bodybuilding (Part 2)

John brought down the packed house at the Ontario's with an electrifying posing routine.

The future is now. As expected, even predicted by his coach Darren Oliver, the “Phenom” got it done. John Bleta-Aiello walked away with the overall title at the Ontario Bodybuilding Championships held during the Toronto Pro Super Show. The 22-year old light heavyweight sensation presented a package that was complete from head to toe, displaying the kind of completeness and muscle maturity only seen at the pro level. And to top it off, John brought down the packed house at the Toronto Convention Center with an electrifying posing routine, performed to Rhianna’s “Love The Way You Lie“.

It was the culmination of many months of hard work and sacrifice for John and Darren, which saw John enduring up to four training sessions a day – two weight training sessions and two additional cardio sessions. At times John would come back for a fifth session to work on his posing. With dedication like this, John is surely destined for greatness not if, but when he makes it to the world of professional bodybuilding.

We can't wait to see version 2.0 of John "The Phenom" next year at the Nationals.

So what does the future hold for the Phenom? Well, you can guarantee that he’s not resting on his laurels. John is back at the Canadian Mecca of Bodybuilding, Fitness 365, getting ready for the Canada’s. Fortunately for many competing this year, John is prepping for the Canada’s in 2012. He and his coach plan to make some massive improvements and shock the world.

Enjoy our video superfeature of John winning the Ontario’s – we can’t wait to see version 2.0 of the Phenom next year.
