STRONG Training Sessions: May 28, 2011

Average training session today – feeling a few overuse injuries starting to creep up. Shoulders and knees especially. Need to work mobility a little harder. 600 wasn’t gonna happen today – 495 felt like a ton, and 550 was too much effort than it should be. Best thing to do when running up against a plateau is to back off a little, switch up program a bit and come back with more motivation than ever. Was reading about a program on T-Nation by Martin Rooney for deadlifts called Sadiv sets. I think we’ll try those for the month of June. It’s get 600 or die trying next month!
