Today was, as it almost always is these days, a good day. We had an awesome video shoot with Canada’s #1 Bodybuilding Guru, Darren Oliver, whom we will be featuring in a major way in the near future. We’re proud to have Coach Oliver on our team. IFBB Pro Mike Van Wyck blasted some chest, and future pro Renaldo Gairy trained back. The energy and intensity was awesome. Look out for features on both of these guys soon.
This was also the first workout of the week; it was good to get back in and move around after working on a bunch of projects for most of the weekend.
