Tweaked shoulder a little doing push presses the other day, so we took it easy on power snatches today. Today was last deadlift workout before doing 600lbs next week. The isometrics really help to overcome sticking points in your form and for some reason are not as taxing on your recovery ability as doing full reps. Felt really strong on the bench press today – 340 went up smoothly, no sticking points at all. Should have 345-350 in me next week. Would like to break 365 on the bench by mid summer.
