The beginning of a new month. So much to do – we’re having a blast doing it though. Definitely excited to pursue new training goals. A three day mini break seems to have done the body some good. Shoulder isn’t aching as much and my left knee has given me a reprieve from the usual soreness. Going to incorporate more Peterson Step-Ups into the program this time. Master Charles Poliquin recommends them for knee injury prevention and overall leg development. Sounds good to me. Also, I plan to be joining the 600lb deadlift club later this month. Everything has to be on point to crush this goal – diet, training, and rest. A 350+ bench would be great in the month of June as well – I don’t see why not, considering how smooth 340 went up a couple weeks ago. If I can stay injury free, it will be a great month indeed. Motivation is at an all-time high.
