Pro Sport Conditioning went to this years show with a clearly defined mission: to teach their method of functional training to as many willing and able CanFitPro members as possible, boot camp style. Most of the participants had never used some of the more innovative pieces, which included the Sledbarrow, an awesome and versatile tool for conditioning, agility ladders, and the Anacondas, a great piece of equipment used extensively by top MMA fighters.

The second phase of the sessions divided participants into groups. Each group set up at a station with a different piece of equipment and went all out for several minutes before rotating to the next station. Most of the participants had never used some of the more innovative pieces, which included the Sledbarrow, an awesome and versatile tool for conditioning, heavy sandbags, and the Anacondas, a great piece of equipment used extensively by top MMA fighters. Once everyone got a chance to experience how to use the equipment in an actual workout, they could clearly see how they made a great addition to any training program.

In true Pro Sport Conditioning fashion, the coaches pushed everyone to the limit. The energy in the room was electric – everyone was giving 100% and had a great time. Check out highlights of all the action and interviews with some of the participants in the video below.
